श्वेत या रक्त प्रदर (Leucorrhoea) – यह एक स्त्री रोग है जो गर्भशाय एवं योनि मार्ग से संबंध रखता है। यह रोग किसी भी उम्र के स्त्री में हो सकता है अधिकतर यह रोग विवाह के बाद देखने को मिलता है। ,

Leucorrhoea – It is a gynecological disease which is related to uterus and vaginal tract. This disease can occur in women of any age, mostly this disease is seen after marriage. 

लक्षण – इस रोग में स्त्री के योनि मार्ग से हमेशा एक द्रव्य (Liquid) पदार्थ अर्थात पानी, खून, सफ़ेद या दूधिया रंग का द्रव्य आदि का स्राव होता है लगातार या रुक रुक कर हो सकता है। यह रोग संक्रामण या किसी भी और कारण से हो सकता है। इस रोग में स्त्री को कमजोरी का अनुभव होता है। शरीर दिन ब दिन दुर्बल होता जाता है। अगर स्राव साफ पानी जैसा हो तो ये बहुत अधिक परेशानी पैदा करता है, ये पानी का बूंद योनि मार्ग में एक तेज घाव बनाता है जो बेचैनी एवं जलन पैदा करता है यह एक तेज़ संक्रामण है इसका अतिशीघ्र इलाज़ करना चाहिए । जबकि खून या गाढ़ा दूधिया स्राव मे जलन आदि नहीं होता है।

Symptoms – In this disease, there is always a discharge of a liquid substance i.e. water, blood, white or milky colored liquid etc. from the vagina of a woman. it can be continuous or intermittent.This disease can be due to infection or any other reason. In this disease the woman experiences weakness. The body becomes weak day by day. If the discharge is like clear water then it creates a lot of trouble, this drop of water creates a sharp wound in the vaginal tract which causes discomfort and burning. This is a severe infection that should be treated as soon as possible. Whereas there is no burning sensation in blood or thick milky discharge.

इलाज़ (1) – अगर स्राव साफ पानी जैसा हो एवं जलन पैदा करने वाला हो तो Natrum Mur 6x प्रत्येक 1 घंटा पर 6 गोली जलन शांत होने तक दें (लगभग 8 से 10 खुराक)। इसके बाद 7 दिन तक प्रति दिन 3 बार भोजन के बाद दें । इसके बाद kali Mur 6x 15 दिन तक दिन भर मे 3 बार भोजन के बाद दें । कुछ दिन बाद अगर रोग फिर प्रकट हो तो यही क्रम से दवा दें । अगर कमजोरी अधिक हो तो Kali Phos 6x प्रतिदिन एक बार 6 गोली दें ।

Treatment (1) – If the discharge is clear watery and causing irritation, then give Natrum Mur 6x, 6 tablets every 1 hour until the burning sensation subsides (about 8 to 10 doses). After this, give after meals 3 times a day for 7 days. After this give Kali Mur 6x, 3 times a day after meals for 15 days. If the disease reappears after a few days, give the medicine in the same sequence. If weakness is more then give 6 tablets of Kali Phos 6x once a day.

इलाज़ (2) – अगर स्राव ताज़ा खून जैसा हो । Ferrum Phos 6x, kali Mur 6x, 6 गोली प्रत्येक दवा से, प्रति दिन 4 बार भोजन के बाद दें, 15 दिन तक । कुछ दिन बाद अगर रोग फिर प्रकट हो तो यही क्रम से दवा दें । अगर कमजोरी अधिक हो तो Kali Phos 6x प्रतिदिन एक बार 6 गोली दें ।

Treatment (2) - If the discharge is like fresh blood. Ferrum Phos 6x, Kali Mur 6x, 6 tablets from each, 4 times a day after meals, for 15 days. If the disease reappears after a few days, give the medicine in the same sequence. If weakness is more then give Kali Phos 6x, 6 tablets once daily.

इलाज़ (3) – अगर स्राव सफ़ेद हो ।
Kali Mur 6x
Dosage – 6 गोली, प्रतिदिन – 4 बार भोजन के बाद 15 दिन तक , रोग दोबारा प्रकट होने पर फिर से 15 दिन दवा दें ।

Treatment (3) - If the discharge is white or Milky.
Medicine - Kali Mur 6x
Dosage - 6 tablets, 4 times a day after meals for 15 days, if the disease recurs, give the medicine again for 15 days.

इलाज़ (4) – अगर स्राव मिश्रित हो
Kali Mur 6x
Ferrum Phos 6x
Calc. Flour 6x
Dosage – 6 गोली प्रत्येक से थोड़ा पानी मे घोलकर, प्रतिदिन – 4 बार भोजन के बाद 15 दिन तक , रोग दोबारा प्रकट होने पर फिर से 15 दिन दवा दें ।

Treatment (4) - if the discharge is mixed
Kali Mur 6x
Ferrum Phos 6x
Calc. Flour 6x
Dosage - Dissolve 6 tablets each in a little water, daily - 4 times after meals for 15 days, if the disease reappears, give medicine again for 15 days.

सावधानी – जबतक रोग ठीक नहीं हो जाता संभोग से दूर रहें । भारी वजन आदि उठाना या किसी भी कारण से गर्भाशय या योनि मार्ग पर दबाव पड़ने से यह रोग मे वृद्धि होता है । संक्रमण वाले रोग में योनि मार्ग मे दही डालने से लाभ होता है।

Caution - Stay away from sexual intercourse until the disease is cured. This disease is aggravated by lifting heavy weights etc. or due to pressure on the uterus or vaginal tract due to any reason. Putting curd in the vaginal tract is beneficial in infectious diseases.

विशेष – अगर कमजोरी अधिक हो तो Kali Phos 6x प्रतिदिन एक बार 6 गोली दें ।

Special - If weakness is more then give Kali Phos 6x, 6 tablets once daily.
